About The Position
Sarasota Memorial is hiring for hospitality positions at its Sarasota Campus. On-site interviews are available by appointment for cooks, environmental services/housekeepers, food service workers, nutrition attendants, patient transporters, and retail attendants. The hospitality team contributes to the patient experience and the health system’s mission to deliver a high level of care. Full-time, part-time, and per-diem positions are available. Applicants must be available to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts, and must be able to speak English and follow oral and written instructions in English. A successful L2 background screening and one year of experience in housekeeping, linen, or environmental services are preferred. A high school diploma, GED, or certificate and a valid driver’s license are listed as preferred qualifications. Individuals providing care to vulnerable populations must undergo background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
