About The Position

The Hospitality Services Attendant serves residents and guests in the dining room and assists with food and drink preparation, dining-area setup and cleanup, dishwashing, and snack service. The role supports efficient dining service operations at The Waterford at Fairfield, an Independent Living community in Fairfield, Ohio.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Twelve or more years of education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents and guests seated in the dining room professionally and according to established procedures.
• Assist with drink and food preparation for residents and complete assigned cleanup, dishwashing, and dining-area setup and takedown tasks.
• Prepare and serve snacks and replenish stock in common-area refreshment centers for residents.
• Assist chefs with food preparation and serving as assigned.
• Complete dishwashing tasks and schedules to support efficient dining service operations.
