Requirements
- Prior Law Firm experience a plus with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
Nice To Haves
- College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
- Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
Responsibilities
- Setting up conference room meetings, cleaning up conference room meetings, stocking kitchens, supply ordering, supply tracking and customer service.
- Providing reception services for the site - including greeting guests, answering email and telephone.
- Booking conference rooms through maptician, arranging for on-site and off-site meetings
- Setting up and cleaning conference rooms
- Stocking kitchens with beverages, snacks and supplies
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Shipping & Receiving; Ordering supplies, restocking inventory
- Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
- Adhere to all safety procedures; Perform other tasks as assigned
