Hospitality Sales Representative
About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Hospitality Fitness Equipment Sales Representative to grow our presence within the hotel, resort, and hospitality market. In this role, you’ll work with hotel owners, developers, general managers, purchasing teams, architects, designers, and wellness professionals to provide fitness equipment and complete fitness facility solutions for hospitality properties. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who understands the hospitality environment and is passionate about helping clients create exceptional fitness and wellness experiences for their guests.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in fitness equipment, hospitality, commercial equipment, construction, interiors, or a related industry.
- Experience selling to hospitality groups, or other commercial clients is highly desirable.
- Strong prospecting and business-development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- A consultative sales approach with the ability to understand a customer's needs and recommend the right solution.
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects and sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve measurable results.
- Professional presence and confidence working with executives, owners, and purchasing decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, property visits, trade shows, and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business with hospitality focused groups.
- Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, developers, GMs, purchasing departments, designers, and other key decision-makers.
- Identify upcoming construction, renovation, and fitness facility projects.
- Prospect for new opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, cold outreach, and existing relationships.
- Present fitness equipment, facility solutions, and wellness concepts tailored to each property's needs.
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting and consultation through proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Work closely with clients to understand space, budget, design, and equipment requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams on layouts, proposals, product selection, delivery, and installation.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals.
- Attend hospitality, fitness, architecture, and design industry events as needed.
- Stay current on trends in hotel fitness, wellness, guest experience, and commercial fitness equipment.
