About The Position

This position drives sales and service efforts and is the ambassador of Hospitality Services for a given market, working alongside Regional and Area leadership in the development of sales and business development. The Aviation & Hospitality Relations Manager is accountable for achieving the Regions Hotel service, sales, and profitability goals. The Hospitality Sales Manager will provide support tithe Texas Central Region, including the following airport locations: HOU, IAH, EFD, TME, AUS, EDC, GTU, SAT, DAL, ADS, TKI, FTW, GKY, MKC, MCI, SUS, CPS, STL, PTK, IND, PWK, MSP.

Requirements

  • Must have a Valid Unrestricted Driver’s License
  • Sales experience required. Hotel Sales experience strongly prefered.
  • Must have one to two years of driving experience and be insurable
  • Must be 21 years of age or older (Not Montana or Hawaii)
  • Proven experience in Sales and Hospitality
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Must be able to speak and understand basic English sufficient to communicate effectively with management, team members, FBO and Hotel Partners, and leads, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand safety protocols

Responsibilities

  • Grows and expands hotel base of business by building and maintaining rapport with key hotel contacts; identifying new opportunities; delivering exemplary service
  • Utilize various prospecting resources to solicit and secure hotel/hospitality business on behalf of Go Rentals
  • Work with corporate and regional management in planning and hosting special events to drive hotel business
  • Use company-wide programs, sales development, prospecting projects, events for business development
  • Follow up on all business inquiries and leads and qualify businesses to generate revenue to impact performance
  • Create and execute account plans for assigned areas to ensure maximum revenue and budgeted targets are achieved
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with hotel leadership and guest relations staff
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and direct sales goals including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, site inspections, and entertainment as outlined
  • Establish a sales objective for assigned Go Rental locations each month
  • Assist in the development of marketing plans, specifically advising on realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy, and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion program plans
  • Travel at the direction of senior leadership, travel to trade shows and events related to Hospitality, assisting in all facets of business development for their locations
  • Cover/Work/Manage, as directed by senior leadership, existing Go Rental locations
