Repris sits at the heart of our collection of Sonoma wine brands, including Pangloss Cellars and Texture. Across our portfolio, we are united by a commitment to crafting wines that reflect the heritage vineyards and distinctive AVAs from which they are sourced. Our goal is to serve as stewards of these historic places while producing wines that are expressive of their iconic origins. Located on the Sonoma Plaza, the Repris Tasting Lounge introduces guests to our collection of Sonoma wine brands. Set within a beautifully restored historic landmark, the 4,000-square-foot Tasting Lounge balances refinement with genuine warmth, creating an inviting environment where thoughtful hospitality and a passion for wine come together. The team behind this experience is central to everything we do. We hold ourselves to a high standard, bringing professionalism and warmth to every guest interaction. We are looking for someone who does the same. The Hospitality Sales Associate is responsible for creating memorable wine experiences that foster guest loyalty, drive wine sales, and support membership growth across the Repris, Pangloss, and Texture portfolios.

Requirements

Sales and goal-oriented team player with a passion for hospitality and guest connection
Ability to intelligently and articulately communicate about our wines and membership tiers across multiple brands
Easily flexes into tailoring the experience for the novice or the well-informed connoisseur
Strong background and knowledge of wine and the winemaking process
Very organized and detail-oriented
Self-starter, internally driven, and motivated
Must thrive in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to lift 40+ pounds

Responsibilities

Consistently deliver impeccable hospitality and service that supports the core mission of the brand.
Drive consistent wine sales through exceptional hospitality and strong brand and product knowledge across Repris, Pangloss, and Texture.
Identify and enroll qualified guests into the membership across brands
Accurate and timely customer data, membership, and order entry
Thorough note-taking for the Membership team and for future bookings and communications
Maintain follow-up communication to build long-term guest loyalty and connection.
Assist in the daily opening and closing procedures
Support events, large group experiences, and hospitality initiatives as needed.
Demonstrates personal accountability by completing all job duties in a correct and timely manner and by following all company policies and procedures
