This is a full-time, day shift position with variable shift coverage needs, including shifts from 5a to 1:30p, 7a to 3:30p, or 11a to 3p. The role involves communicating and collaborating with patients, visitors, and families in a professional and helpful manner, greeting people warmly, providing accurate information and directions, de-escalating concerns, maintaining a clean environment, answering phone calls, and assisting staff with directions and escorts. The position requires the ability to work with interruptions while maintaining excellent customer focus, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, a professional presence, and the ability to exercise independent judgment. Familiarity with standard computer systems and software is also necessary. The role requires standing for long periods (up to 80% of the shift), walking, bending, stooping, and the ability to push guests or patients in wheelchairs.
