About The Position

The Hospitality Leader is responsible for leading shifts with a focus on hospitality, coaching and developing team members positively, and ensuring operational excellence. This role involves setting an example in product quality, consistency, speed of service, cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service. The leader will utilize and maintain operational documents, uphold sanitation standards, and reward good behaviors.

Requirements

  • Flexible schedule expected including nights and weekends

  • Ability to work cohesively in a team environment as well as perform job functions

Responsibilities

  • Lead a shift through hospitality
  • Coach and develop Team Members in a positive way
