About The Position

The Hospitality Lead leads the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of hospitality, workplace experience, meetings and employee-facing services across corporate office environments. This role works closely with Facilities, Workplace Design & Experience, business stakeholders and service providers to create a positive, welcoming and high-quality workplace experience that supports employee engagement, operational readiness and business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality, food services, corporate office environments, employee experience, corporate events, workplace operations or facilities-related services.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a passion for hospitality, service excellence and creating exceptional workplace experiences.
  • Strong project management, organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, operational activities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience managing vendors, service providers and multiple initiatives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking and reporting skills, with a focus on accuracy, cost control and value delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities, recommend solutions and implement improvements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in planning, execution, reporting and financial administration.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to use performance metrics, feedback and operational data to identify trends, improve processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and systems.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment and proactively address issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day hospitality and workplace experience services, including food and beverage programs, cafés, catering, coffee services, amenity spaces and employee-facing services.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to plan and deliver meetings, town halls, corporate events and employee experiences that advance business objectives, strengthen engagement and create exceptional participant experiences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for meeting, town hall and event planning, ensuring set-up, catering, logistics, hospitality support and execution requirements are delivered seamlessly.
  • Oversee third-party vendors and service providers for food services, catering, hospitality and event support, ensuring service level agreements, performance standards and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Partner with Facilities and Workplace Design & Experience teams to support the appearance, functionality and operational readiness of office environments, meeting rooms, collaboration spaces and hospitality areas.
  • Support employee-facing initiatives that enhance comfort, engagement, connection and satisfaction across campus environments.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, financial tracking, reporting and cost controls for food, beverage, hospitality and event-related services, ensuring cost discipline and value alignment.
  • Gather feedback, track service performance and use operational data to identify trends, improve processes and enhance workplace and event experiences.
  • Identify operational efficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives that improve service quality, consistency and the overall employee experience.
  • Proactively address service issues, vendor escalations and operational challenges while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
  • Ensure hospitality services are delivered in a safe, organized, welcoming and brand-aligned manner for employees, guests, executives and external partners.
