As the Office Hospitality Lead supporting our Food and Hospitality Program, you will be the primary liaison with our daily ordering technology and partner network, managing daily lunch orders and ensuring proper set-up upon delivery. You will be responsible for overseeing daily pantry support, managing inventory and ordering processes, and ensuring the seamless execution of our coffee, fresh fruit, and beverage programs. Additionally, you will support ad hoc catering for meetings and events, as well as the planning and execution of pop-up employee engagement events, such as company milestones, holidays, and celebrations. The Office Hospitality lead is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities of the onsite employee(s), focusing on providing high quality interactions while meeting productivity expectations. The Office Hospitality Lead is expected to plan and execute day-to-day operational needs by setting priorities, planning for, and addressing staffing needs, while demonstrating professionalism with internal and external stakeholders. In this position, the Workplace Manager will be the first resource when a situation arises; assisting with service recovery and knowing when to escalate further to management. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong hospitality background, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for enhancing employee experiences. This opportunity will offer a Monday through Friday schedule, full-time (40 hours per week). No nights or weekends! Compensation is hourly with a range of $27 to $28 per
