About The Position

We are seeking a Hospitality Float to support both Housekeeping and Nutritional Services. In this role, you will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, providers, and team members. This position offers variety, with responsibilities in both housekeeping and food service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
• Basic computer skills
• AHA CPR certification required, or willingness to obtain upon hire

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Previous housekeeping experience, food preparation, food handling, or dietary services experience preferred
• Knowledge of infection prevention and food safety practices preferred
• ServeSafe certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and restock linens and supplies
• Remove trash and transport soiled laundry
• Prepare, plate, and deliver meals to patients
• Support patient dietary needs and proper food temperatures
• Restock food and beverage stations
• Assist with food prep for meetings and events
• Record temperatures, rotate stock, and remove expired items
• Complete daily checklists and maintain quality standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
