Requirements

Previous experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, food running, or a similar guest-facing service role preferred
Excellent communication skills with a warm, poised, and professional presence
Ability to thrive in an event-driven, fast-paced setting while maintaining composure, organization, and attention to detail
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow direction with accuracy and discretion
Collaborative team member with a positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
Must be able to lift and carry heavy trays of food and stand for extended periods
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and special events, is required

Responsibilities

Provide gracious, polished food service that reflects the refined standards of Joseph Phelps Vineyards and creates a memorable guest experience
Deliver culinary selections to guests with precision, warmth, and attention to timing, presentation, and accuracy
Assist with elegant food and beverage setup, service flow, and breakdown before, during, and after private experiences and events
Partner seamlessly with culinary, hospitality, and service teams to ensure each guest touchpoint feels effortless and elevated
Engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner, anticipating needs and communicating special requests or dietary considerations with care
Maintain immaculate dining, service, and preparation areas consistent with a luxury hospitality environment
Support table maintenance with discretion and efficiency, including clearing, resetting, and preparing spaces for continued guest enjoyment
