About The Position

The part-time Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and readiness of the company's off-site hospitality property while ensuring an exceptional experience for customers, guests, and employees who visit the facility. This role is responsible for hands on housekeeping, preparation, event support, and customer hosting activities to ensure the property consistently reflects the company's high standards and professional image.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, customer service, or a related role required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products, specifically Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work evenings to support customer events.
  • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb stairs as well as lift up to 35lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a welcoming and immaculate environment by personally cleaning and preparing guest-facing areas before, during, and after customer visits and events.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of all indoor and outdoor hospitality spaces by personally cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing areas such as restrooms, dining spaces, kitchen, lounge areas, etc.
  • Provide day-to-day direction and coordination for other part-time hospitality staff.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify any concerns.
  • Manage facility supplies, cleaning products, linens, and consumables.
  • Track inventory levels and purchase supplies as needed.
  • Prepare the property for customer visits, meetings, events, and company functions.
  • Welcome customers, visitors and other company guests at the property.
  • Ensure guests have a comfortable and positive experience during their visit.
  • Coordinator and oversee customer dinners, meetings, and special events held at the property.
  • Assist with light food preparation and presentation for guest events and dinners.
  • Prepare, stock, and maintain beverage stations for events.
  • Coordinate and perform the setup and teardown of events.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
