Requirements
- Weekend and early-morning availability are required.
- No previous hotel or food-service experience is required; training will be provided.
- Customer service experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and coworkers.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts based on business needs.
- Shifts begin early in the morning, so reliable early-morning availability is required.
- Welcome, greet, and interact professionally with guests in the breakfast and lobby areas.
- Set up, maintain, replenish, and break down the breakfast bar.
- Prepare and serve designated breakfast items according to departmental quality and food-safety standards.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality throughout all assigned areas.
- Follow all hotel safety, security, food-handling, maintenance, and cleaning procedures.
- Assist with inventories as scheduled.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
