About The Position

The Hospitality Attendant is responsible for maintaining standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments, handling guest complaints to ensure satisfaction, and observing all house and safety rules, food handling procedures, and security procedures. This role also involves assisting with inventories, following maintenance programs and cleaning schedules, and performing other duties as assigned. The attendant will welcome, greet, and interact with guests in the breakfast and lobby area, and is responsible for the setup, service, maintenance, and breakdown of the breakfast bar line. This includes preparing specified food items, replenishing food, and assisting in serving food from the breakfast bar line to guests courteously and efficiently.

Requirements

Minimum one year customer service experience.
Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.

Nice To Haves

Previous hotel experience preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
Food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities
