About The Position

The Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Placid, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a DRIVEN Hospitality Attendant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent English communication skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take their orders in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to hotel standards
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
• Ensure that all food and beverage items are properly stocked and rotated
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management
