SUMMARY: Provide front-of-house support to ensure a seamless, high-touch guest experience. Support tasting and private experience service by maintaining glassware, water service, presentation areas, and back bar readiness; assisting with set-up/breakdown of indoor and outdoor spaces; and helping keep experiences on time and service areas guest-ready throughout the day.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on luxury service.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.

Responsibilities

  • Support Estate Ambassadors in delivering a high-touch, luxury guest experience through professional presence, urgency, and attention to detail.
  • Bus and reset glassware promptly; transport to washing station and assist with polishing/buffing to service standards.
  • Prepare and maintain water service (bottles/carafes, glassware, ice as applicable) in all guest areas; replenish proactively during experiences.
  • Restock wines, tasting collateral, menus, and retail merchandise as needed.
  • Maintain glassware storage areas and service stations (cabinets, shelves, trays) so clean glassware is always available where needed.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties for the Guest Center, including pre-shift set-up, end-of-day breakdown, and maintaining a guest-ready appearance.
  • Support retail and wine presentation areas by maintaining clean displays, stocking products, and communicating low inventory needs to the team/manager.
  • Assist with packing wine purchases to presentation standards; offer carry-out support and ensure guests are acknowledged and assisted as appropriate.
  • Set up, flip, and break down private tasting rooms and outdoor terrace spaces (tables, chairs, menus, water service, glassware) to support scheduled experiences and smooth transitions.
  • Assist with hospitality events and member/guest experiences as needed, including set-up, service support, and breakdown.
  • Acquire and maintain working knowledge of the estate, Guest Center spaces, and current wines to anticipate needs and support service flow.
  • Greet and assist guests when appropriate, supporting smooth arrivals, wayfinding, and hand-off to the assigned Estate Ambassador.
  • Ensure that the daily opening checklist and all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by hospitality leadership to support the team and overall guest experience.
