About The Position

As a Hospitality Specialist at Burrell Behavioral Health, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff. This position involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and security of everyone in the facility, and promoting a culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting clients and visitors, acting as the first point of contact, and providing directions and information. You will also be responsible for continually assessing and addressing potential safety concerns, responding to emergencies, enforcing safety measures, conducting threat assessments, implementing crisis prevention and management techniques, and organizing safety training programs. Building positive relationships with staff and clients through open communication, empathy, and understanding is crucial, as is promoting a sense of community and ensuring everyone feels valued and supported. You will handle client issues and complaints professionally and act as a role model by demonstrating positive verbal and non-verbal behaviors, encouraging an environment of hope, motivation, and resilience. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
