Knowledge of legal documents such as closing binders, depositions, transcripts, briefs, addendums, filings, discovery, and judgments is essential. A high standard of professionalism and office etiquette is required. The role involves assisting with scheduling equipment, labor, and supplies for offsite trials. The specialist will deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, coordinating service calls, and managing job requests. They will also provide equipment troubleshooting and escalate technical issues. Collaboration with team members is key to ensure smooth delivery of completed jobs and support building functions. Flexibility is needed for occasional assistance with meeting room setups, light maintenance, and reception duties. Upholding safety standards and protocols is crucial. The role requires handling time-sensitive and confidential documents, maintaining logs for billing and reporting, and distributing mail, packages, office supplies, and faxes. Other duties include delivering reproduction work, performing scanning, file conversion, naming, and encryption, batch printing using Adobe Acrobat Pro, conducting daily quality checks on copiers, and responding to copier errors. Maintaining service logs, stocking copier areas, and managing conference rooms and visitor offices are also part of the responsibilities. Assistance with box moves, office moves, and light maintenance duties may be required. Occasional cleaning duties and periodic overtime may be necessary.
