The Hospitality and Events Director leads LCBC’s events function at an organizational level, building the strategy, systems, and team that make excellent events possible across every ministry and campus. This is a leadership role, not a coordination role. The right person isn’t the one doing everything; they’re the one building the infrastructure so the right people can do everything well. The Hospitality and Events Director serves as a strategic partner to the Guest Experience team and a hospitality consultant across all of LCBC, setting the standard, deploying the right frameworks, and ensuring that every event, whether all-church or ministry-specific, reflects who we are.
