About The Position

A Hospitality Aide is responsible for providing frontline support to guests, ensuring that their needs are met while also assisting other staff members in delivering excellent service. The role involves a wide variety of tasks that can range from basic care needs to more interactive guest services. The Hospitality Aide is expected to be friendly, approachable, and efficient, playing a significant role in the overall operation of hospitality services. By supporting a positive experience, they contribute directly to the reputation and success of the establishment. Must be currently enrolled in a Missouri Approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program, or provide an acceptance letter for the program. This must be complete in the first 120 days of Employment. Must be available mornings and evenings and be flexible with a team player approach to every day tasks.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Missouri Approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program, or provide an acceptance letter for the program.
  • Must be available mornings and evenings and be flexible with a team player approach to every day tasks.
  • Experience in a hospitality or caregiving setting
  • Knowledge of basic health and safety regulations
  • Certification in first aid or CPR
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Familiarity with food service and hygiene standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills for documentation
  • Ability to lift and assist with moving individuals
  • Kindness and compassion towards others
  • Previous training in customer service

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with daily activities
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks
