Full-Time Hospitality Aide / Sitter is seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team as a Sunnyvale Gardens Post Acute and serves as an excellent entry point into the healthcare field. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
  • A compassionate, patient, and customer-service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Must pass standard background checks and medical screenings required for healthcare facilities.
  • No prior healthcare experience required—we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

  • Sit with residents to provide emotional support, engagement, and safety oversight.
  • Assist with non-medical tasks such as making beds, organizing rooms, and tidying up living spaces.
  • Respond promptly to resident calls and communicate their specific needs to the nursing staff.
  • Deliver meal trays, set up dining areas, and pass out water and snacks to residents.
  • Help transport residents in wheelchairs to activities, therapy, or dining areas.
