Hospitality Aide
About The Position
Rossmoor Post Acute is seeking a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Hospitality Aide to join our team on a Part-Time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to gain experience in a healthcare and skilled nursing environment. No prior healthcare or hospitality experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate! The Hospitality Aide helps create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents. This position provides support with non-clinical tasks and assists residents, families, visitors, and staff with day-to-day needs. The ideal candidate is reliable, personable, attentive to detail, and enjoys working with people.
Requirements
- No previous experience required — training provided!
- Friendly, positive, and compassionate attitude.

- Ability to follow instructions and facility policies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and courteous assistance to residents, families, visitors, and staff.
- Help maintain clean, organized, and welcoming common areas.
- Assist with meal and dining room preparation and clean-up.
- Deliver and retrieve items as requested by residents or staff.
- Assist residents with non-clinical hospitality needs within the scope of the position.
- Help ensure resident rooms and common areas are comfortable and well-maintained.
- Answer basic resident requests and direct clinical concerns to the appropriate nursing staff.
- Assist with activities and special events as needed.
- Maintain a professional and respectful environment.
- Follow facility safety, infection control, and privacy policies.
- Communicate resident needs or concerns to appropriate staff members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
