About The Position

National Wound Physician Group is seeking a Hospitalist for their Dallas, TX location. This position offers clinical satisfaction, autonomy, and flexibility with a focus on work-life balance. The role involves providing bedside wound care in post-acute care settings such as Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Physicians will conduct weekly wound rounds, visiting 2-3 facilities per day and treating approximately 20-30 patients daily. Clinical documentation is performed in real-time using a proprietary wound-specific EMR. The position includes comprehensive physician-level wound management training and a wound fellowship, led by highly qualified wound-certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors. This is a mobile practice, covering a 40-60 mile radius, with no nights, no call, and no weekend clinical responsibilities.

Requirements

Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
Full, active, and unrestricted license in the state you wish to practice.
Minimum commitment of 3 days a week within our working days of Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities
