About The Position

Full-time post-acute Hospitalist needed for Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Clinical duties involve hospitalist work with admitting, discharging patients and seeing them on a daily basis. These patients have been transferred for acute rehab services after hospital stay. Support staff includes PM&R physician and an experienced APP team. The work schedule consists of M-F from 8am-5pm; physician can leave early once work is complete but must remain available by phone until shift ends at 5pm. See an average of 15 patients per day. No night shifts required however share night coverage with other Hospitalists from home. Enjoy easy access to Denver, Boulder, Brighton & other nearby cities.
