About The Position
Full-time post-acute Hospitalist needed for Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Clinical duties involve hospitalist work w/admitting, discharging patients & seeing them on a daily basis. These patients have been transferred for acute rehab services after hospital stay. Support staff includes PM&R physician & an experienced APP team. Work schedule consists of M-F from 8am-5pm; physician can leave early once work is complete but must remain available by phone until shift ends at 5pm. See an average of 15 patients per day. No night shifts required however share night coverage w/other Hospitalists from home. Compensation includes a generous salary, incentives, partnership, 401K, malpractice, benefits, vaca/relo/CME & more. Enjoy easy access to Denver, Boulder, Brighton & other nearby cities.
