Hospitalist Job Near Wilson, NC
About The Position
Work 7 days on with 7 days off (w/some nights) from 7am-7pm. Inpatient clinical responsibilities including admissions, discharges, consults & transfers. Team covers general medicine & medical Intermediate Units w/closed ICU. Full support by critical care team w/no ICU clinical duties. You'll average 14-16 patients per day w/7-11 admissions. Compensation may include salary, annual stipend, relocation, vacation, malpractice, benefits & 401k. Servicing over 150K residents, hospital offers 24-hour ER, ICU, birthing center w/level III nursery, a cancer center, hospitalist care, chronic heart failure clinic & inpatient/outpatient surgery center. This picturesque town has easy access to the famous Outer Banks and Crystal Coast beaches, the Blue Ridge Mountains and nearby metro areas like Raleigh.
