About The Position
Multi-specialty group seeks either a Hem/Onc or a Medical Oncologist. Work alongside 1 other Hem/Onc, 2 radiation oncologists, a surgical oncologist, 2 neurologists and a MSW trained patient navigator on-site. Responsibilities involve a wide scope of hematology and oncology medical care. Enjoy a built-in referral network and share call 1:3 w/another Hem/Onc on staff. Local hospital offers 24-hour ER, ICU, birthing center w/level III nursery, a cancer center, hospitalist care, chronic heart failure clinic & inpatient/outpatient surgery center. This picturesque town has easy access to the famous Outer Banks and Crystal Coast beaches, the Blue Ridge Mountains & nearby metro areas like Raleigh.
