Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid license to practice
• Experience in Internal Medicine or related field
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS
• Must be board certified

Nice To Haves

• Level I Trauma experience

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Perform diagnostic assessments and evaluations
• Monitor and manage patient progress throughout hospital stay
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Document patient histories and treatment plans accurately
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and quality standards
