Hospitalist Physician
About The Position
CaroMont Regional Medical Center is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified, U.S.-residency-trained Physician or Hospitalist to join a team of more than 35 hospitalists at a thriving, independent community hospital. This full-time role follows 12-hour day shifts on a 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule. CaroMont Regional Medical Center is part of an independent, not-for-profit healthcare system. Its 476-bed main campus is in Gastonia, North Carolina, and the system also has a new satellite facility in Belmont. Both campuses are less than 15 miles from Charlotte. CaroMont Health includes multiple affiliates, a large primary care and specialty physician network, and an accredited Cancer Center, and is committed to improving the community’s health status. The area is minutes from an international airport and uptown Charlotte, with metropolitan amenities including professional sports, performing arts, shopping, and dining. Gaston County offers a small, family-oriented community, neighborhoods, and public and private schools.
Requirements
- Be board-eligible or board-certified.
- Have completed residency training in the United States.
