About The Position

Vituity is seeking a Hospital Medicine Physician to join its physician-owned partnership at Saint Louise Regional Hospital in Gilroy, California. Vituity offers physicians autonomy and local control, financial transparency, partnership participation, and support from its corporate healthcare team and clinician network. Physicians participate in the partnership model from day one, including profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages.

Saint Louise Regional Hospital is a 90-bed county hospital and designated primary stroke center, with an 8-bed ICU and annual emergency department volume exceeding 41,000. The position does not require procedures or ventilator management; the ICU is closed, with Vituity intensivists in-house 24/7. On-site laboratory and imaging services are available.

The estimated annual base compensation is $275,000–$900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Total compensation, including partnership income, varies by site and may exceed the stated range. Part-time and per-diem compensation is prorated based on clinical hours worked.

Requirements

• Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine.
