About The Position

The Great Falls Clinic and Great Falls Hospital are seeking an Experienced Hospitalist (NP/PA) to join our expanding health system in Great Falls, Montana. Our comprehensive care facilities are headquartered in Great Falls, Montana—an exceptionally safe, affordable town surrounded by three mountain ranges to explore and enjoy. The program is housed within a 36-bed acute care hospital and is complimented with coverage by a diverse mix of surgical and medical specialists.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years direct hospitalist experience
• Eligible for Montana medical licensure
• Committed to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Values autonomy within a collaborative environment

Nice To Haves

• Procedure experience and comfort preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care within a hospitalist program.
• Collaborate with a diverse mix of surgical and medical specialists.
• Work within a state-of-the-art facility and diagnostics.
• Manage patient census averaging 15 patients/day.
• Maintain a 1:5 nursing patient ratio, based on patient acuity.
• Utilize Telemed Critical Care/Pulmonology and on-call specialists for support.
• Perform procedures as needed, with comfort and experience preferred.
