About The Position
ChristianaCare, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare, is actively recruiting Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine-Pediatrics physicians to join its established Hospital Medicine team in a Nocturnist role. This position involves thirteen 12-hour shifts per four-week block, with one remote 8-hour shift to be worked every other block. Physicians will join a large hospital-employed group of 125 physicians and 25 advanced practice clinicians servicing 3 hospital campuses (1,300 beds) in Newark and Wilmington, DE and Elkton, MD. The role offers opportunities to teach residents and medical students, and participate in leadership development in teaching, quality, and safety committees and project teams. The location provides proximity to major East Coast cities and diverse recreational and cultural activities.
Requirements
- Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics physician.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a hospital medicine setting.
- Experience with electronic health records.
