This role focuses on leading a team of trained security guards, ensuring seamless overall security operations, and providing exceptional customer service in a hospital environment. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to engage with others, reassuring and inspiring confidence.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in Canada.
- Hold a valid Manitoba security license.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and orally.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Excellent computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- First aid certification.
- Previous experience as a Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of on-site security officers.
- Maintain and update the daily security officer schedule.
- Ensure post orders are maintained, updated, and followed by all security officers.
- Issue and manage access cards.
- Ensure guards are efficiently using G-track during their patrols.
- CCTV Monitoring.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Serve as the direct liaison with the site client on a daily basis.
- Respond to fire alarm/emergency situations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
