About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a concierge security officer for a site in Alexandria, Louisiana. The role emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections while working with people across shifts. The officer welcomes visitors, verifies identities, guides people, manages access, conducts patrols, checks security equipment, responds to incidents, provides first aid, coordinates with emergency teams, answers questions, writes incident reports, communicates security concerns, and helps protect people and property. A valid driver's license is required. The schedule is one of two 40-hour weekly options: Wednesday through Sunday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.; or Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The hourly wage is $18. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended. Uniforms are provided at no cost.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic phone and computer skills.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities
