About The Position
We are seeking a Quality Management Coordinator with 3+ years of experience in healthcare quality management and audit reporting. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and experience with EPIC. This role involves reviewing and summarizing monthly audit reports, monitoring various compliance activities, analyzing documentation, and preparing reports for key teams within the organization. The goal is to ensure accuracy and compliance across different units.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s preferred)
- 3+ years of related experience
- EPIC experience required
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- English proficiency (speak, read, write)

Responsibilities
- Review and summarise monthly audit reports
- Monitor mock codes, nursing assignments, hand hygiene, close observations, restraints documentation, and compliance audits
- Analyse documentation and prepare reports for Nursing BH, Risk Management, and Quality Management teams
- Ensure accuracy and compliance across various units
