CommonSpirit Health is constructing a new St. Anthony South Hospital, set to open in May 2026 in the Meridian community of Douglas County. This comprehensive medical campus will include a full-service hospital, surgical center, sports medicine clinic, and two medical office buildings. As the President, you will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for this new facility in south Denver. Your role will drive operational excellence and foster a culture aligned with our Christian mission. This executive leadership position is crucial for managing patient care, financial performance, quality assurance, IT infrastructure, human resources, and network development. You will be responsible for shaping the organization's mission, vision, and strategic plans, guiding the executive team to achieve superior results and establish the hospital as the system of choice in the industry. You will foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, collaborate with the Market President on policy and direction, and lead strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities include assessing business unit leaders and staff for optimal performance, championing a "team before self" mentality, promoting transparency, and inviting community involvement in health endeavors. You will act as a change agent, demonstrating boldness, urgency, and accountability to the community, associates, physicians, and sponsors. Success in this role requires proven executive leadership in complex healthcare environments, a flexible management style, and a deep connection to the organization's Christian mission and core values.
