Hospital/Physician/Community Liaison
About The Position
All About Home Care is a Houston-based home health care agency that has proudly served Houston and surrounding communities since 2004. We are committed to providing quality home health services and utilize Kinnser software to support efficient patient care documentation. We are seeking a Hospital/Physician/Community Liaison with a strong personality and excellent relationship-building skills to help develop and maintain partnerships with hospitals, physicians’ offices, and community referral sources that can benefit from our services. The ideal candidate will represent the company professionally, build strong relationships, and help increase referral opportunities within an assigned territory. This role requires someone who is organized, motivated, and skilled in communication, presentations, and sales development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- New Marketing graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in home health setting in a similar role highly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to commute daily to the office
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Organized

- Positive, ambitious, and optimistic personality
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
Responsibilities
- Present and sell company services to new and existing referral sources
- Prospect and contact potential referral sources within an assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians’ offices, and community partners
- Conduct office presentations and present customer solution proposals to clients
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Follow up with clients to maintain business flow
- Set follow-up appointments to keep clients aware of the latest developments
- Develop presentations and present customer solution proposals to clients
- Manage assigned sales territory
- Achieve sales targets and quota objectives by the deadline
