Hospital Pharmacist - Part Time
About The Position
Specialty Medical Staffing is actively seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a hospital coverage assignment in the Tulsa, OK area. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative inpatient environment and expand your clinical experience, all on a structured contract with competitive pay. The role involves order verification, clinical review, medication dispensing, distribution, inventory management, monitoring medication therapy, pharmacokinetic dosing support, clinical consultations, medication reconciliation, and discharge counseling. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with pharmacy regulations.
Requirements
- Active Oklahoma Pharmacist License in good standing
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree
- Inpatient experience is required
- Experience with EPIC or other pharmacy information systems is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- New graduates encouraged to apply
