About The Position

Agiliti is a top manufacturer and service provider for medical and surgical equipment, partnering with clinicians to help them stay patient-ready. The Hospital Operations Coordinator (HOC) is a working site lead who assists Hospital Service Technicians (HSTs) in delivering, tracking, and cleaning equipment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for urgent needs when the Operations Manager is unavailable. The position is an entry-level, 2nd shift role with a work schedule of Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with the availability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Agiliti operates 24/7 nationwide, serving over 10,000 customers.

Requirements

Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 1 year of medical or management experience.
Detail‑oriented.
Proficient computer skills (Word and Excel).
Ability to multi‑task.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of communication with all involved parties.

Responsibilities

Investigate nursing staff concerns and opportunities for improvement in lieu of the Operations Manager – Hospital, and implement appropriate actions in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Maintain a basic understanding of the existing contract between the company and the customer, including the ability to facilitate this document.
Assist with the supervision of HST personnel, including training, performance reviews, corrective action plans, reporting requirements, and career development.
Assist with management of staffing schedules based on equipment volume and foster cooperation across shifts to support a positive team environment and staff retention.
Facilitate, educate, and deliver the HST training manual for each employee.
Provide ongoing supervision of all HST personnel in daily operations.
