About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Nocturnist to join our team at a Level I Trauma Center with strong in-house specialty support and a closed ICU model. We offer flexible schedules, manageable patient volumes, and innovative tools to enhance clinical efficiency. Requirements

Provider Specialty: Hospital Medicine
Must be able to work nights
Must be able to work a minimum of 2 weekends per month
Must be able to work 182 shifts per year
Must be able to work 7PM – 5AM or 9PM - 7AM shifts
Must be able to manage a patient load of approximately 230-240 patients (team based)
Must be able to manage an average of 7-8 admissions per MD per night
Must be able to work in a closed ICU model
Must be able to work in a Level I Trauma Center
Must have full in-house specialty support
Must have clearly defined service line agreements with specialists
No required procedures
Fully Integrated EHR (Epic)
