About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Nocturnist to join our team at a Level I Trauma Center with strong in-house specialty support and a closed ICU model. We offer flexible schedules, manageable patient volumes, and innovative tools to enhance clinical efficiency. Requirements

Must be a Physician
Must be a Nocturnist
Must be able to work nights
Must be able to work a minimum of 2 weekends per month
Must be able to work 182 shifts per year
Must be able to work 7PM – 5AM or 9PM - 7AM shifts
Must be able to work in a team structure with 1 swing physician and 3 in-house physicians nightly
Must be able to work in a closed ICU model
Must be able to work at a Level I Trauma Center
Must have full in-house specialty support
Must adhere to clearly defined service line agreements with specialists
Must be eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) as it is a 501c3, non-profit organization
Must be able to work in a tobacco-free environment

Responsibilities

Cross-coverage of approximately 230-240 patients (team based)
Average of 7-8 admissions per MD per night
Run rapid responses (MRT)
Streamline documentation and improve workflow efficiency using AI-powered tools
Participate in holiday rotation
