Requirements
- Veterinary hospital management experience (required)
- Working experience as a veterinary technician or customer service representative
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience managing budgets, staffing, and performance metrics
- Ability to balance culture, accountability, and growth
- Passion for client service and high-quality patient care
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day hospital operations
- Support, coach, and develop team members
- Partner with DVMs to drive medical and financial performance
- Optimize scheduling and workflow as hours expand
- Foster a positive, accountable, growth-oriented culture
- Monitor KPIs, budgeting, and operational efficiency
