About The Position

Your Impact as a Livewell Hospital Manager Livewell Hospital Managers are builders. In this role, you will help launch, grow, and stabilize a brand-new hospital from the ground up. This means creating the culture, team, and operational rhythm that define long-term success. This role requires grit, energy, and a strong drive to grow a business in close partnership with your Founding DVM and regional leadership. You aren't just managing a clinic; you are establishing a community landmark.

Nice To Haves

Previous management experience in veterinary, medical, retail, or service environments is preferred.
De novo or start-up experience (specifically within veterinary medicine) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish hospital culture, standards, and expectations from day one, implementing Livewell operational playbooks and partnering with the Founding DVM to align medical and business strategy.
Develop and execute local marketing strategies, building relationships with community organizations and local businesses to champion Livewell’s brand presence and drive visit trends.
Lead the interviewing and hiring process for all support roles, building a cohesive, growth-oriented team culture and holding teammates accountable to high performance and behavioral standards.
Manage P&L performance, labor costs, and inventory controls. Identify and execute opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Create systems that support hospitality and efficiency, ensuring high-quality service aligned with Livewell standards and proactively resolving client concerns.
