About The Position

As a 1.5 DVM practice supported by a dedicated team of veterinary professionals, we pride ourselves on delivering compassionate, high-quality care to pets and exceptional service to their families. We are seeking a Hospital Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment, excels at people leadership, and is passionate about operational excellence in veterinary medicine. The Hospital Manager works in partnership with the Medical Director and Field Leadership to oversee the hospital’s business operations, client service experience, staff development, and financial performance. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic clinical environment.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a medical, service, or veterinary setting.
Strong skills in customer service, personnel management, and financial oversight.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma required

Responsibilities

Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflow.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
Implement marketing and promotional strategies to support hospital growth.
Recruit, onboard, and develop hospital staff.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.
Provide coaching, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Ensure exceptional customer service standards.
