Requirements

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a medical, service, or veterinary setting
Strong skills in customer service, personnel management, and financial oversight
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma required

Responsibilities

Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflow
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight
