About The Position
Purrfect Pet Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead our hospital team and help create an exceptional experience for our patients, clients, and staff. This role involves leading and supporting the hospital team while fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture. The manager will partner closely with the medical team to ensure excellent patient care and client service, oversee daily hospital operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow, and support team development, engagement, and performance. Additionally, the role includes monitoring hospital performance and key operational metrics, helping to create an environment where team members can grow and thrive, ensuring the hospital maintains a high standard of patient care and client service, and supporting financial, administrative, and operational goals for the practice.
