About The Position

Purrfect Pet Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead our hospital team and help create an exceptional experience for our patients, clients, and staff. This role involves leading and supporting the hospital team, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture, and partnering closely with the medical team to ensure excellent patient care and client service. The Hospital Manager will oversee daily hospital operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow, while also supporting team development, engagement, and performance. Monitoring hospital performance and key operational metrics, and ensuring the hospital maintains a high standard of patient care and client service are also key responsibilities. Additionally, the role supports financial, administrative, and operational goals for the practice, and helps create an environment where team members can grow and thrive.
