About The Position

As Hospital Manager, you'll take ownership of the operational performance of the hospital while creating the structure, leadership and support our teams need to perform at their best. You'll work closely with our clinical and operational leaders, balancing the needs of our people, patients, clients and business.

Requirements

5+ years of veterinary medicine experience, ideally within a leadership or management role.
Previous experience within an Emergency veterinary environment is strongly preferred.
Strong people leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing change and bringing teams with you.
A structured and proactive approach to hospital operations.
The confidence to set expectations, make decisions and hold people accountable.
A collaborative leadership style and the ability to build strong partnerships with DVMs and clinical leaders.
Genuinely enjoys leading people and wants to create an environment where a veterinary team can do its best work.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience within an Emergency veterinary environment is strongly preferred.
