Requirements

Existing relationships with hospitals in the Brandon and greater Tampa Bay market.
Experience with a skilled nursing facility in marketing, admissions, business development, or a clinical role.
A track record of growing census or referral volume.
Self-starter who takes initiative in generating referrals.
Reliable transportation and comfort working in the field.

Responsibilities

Build and grow referral relationships with area hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and physician groups.
Drive census by converting referrals into admissions.
Represent the facility at hospital rounds, meetings, and community events.
Track referral sources and follow up proactively.
Work with admissions and clinical teams to ensure referrals convert smoothly.
