About The Position

Baptist Health is seeking a Hospital Housekeeper to join their Environmental Services team at Baptist South. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The hospital utilizes advanced UV Disinfection Technology with UV Robotic Machines to eliminate germs before manual cleaning. The position is PRN with various shifts available at the Baptist South location.

Requirements

• 1-2 years Environmental Services Experience

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of cleaning duties as assigned, including janitorial and custodial services.
• Sweeps, mops, dusts, and sanitizes various areas such as offices, bathrooms, patient rooms, non-patient areas, procedure rooms, and common waiting areas.
• Maintains all cleaning supplies in accordance with OSHA requirements.
• Maintains a friendly and professional attitude.
• Follows safety and security protocols.
• May perform other duties as required.
